The controller features a transparent red inner shell paired with a faceplate showcasing the main character Soul. Under direct lighting, the heat transfer textures on the silver metal base reveal a cold purple sheen. The center home button displays a bell icon, while crimson silk patterns run across the chassis and charging dock. In dark rooms, the swappable grip covers give off a bright red glow. The package also includes a custom keychain styled after the White Python and Red Viper twin swords.

Competitive performance is the main focus of the internal layout. The controller operates with an 8kHz polling rate and incorporates 5M TMR electromagnetic joysticks alongside 5M optical microswitch ABXY face buttons. Players can toggle the triggers between smooth linear pull and instant Hall effect actuation depending on the game genre. A version 2.0 microswitch D Pad provides tactile directional inputs, while asymmetric stop motors and a 6 axis gyroscope handle vibration and motion aiming.

The gamepad supports tri mode connectivity for use across wireless USB receivers, Bluetooth, and wired connections. In addition to standard controls, the chassis provides 2 back buttons and 2 extra shoulder buttons for custom button mapping. Users can also configure an adjustable turbo fire function with speed settings between 10 and 30Hz.
