A new wireless gaming headset has arrived alongside the iQOO 16 and iQOO Pad Ultra. The iQOO Over Ear Gaming Headset features 4 low latency connection modes, THX spatial audio tuning, and a massive 150 hour battery life. It is currently available in China starting at 699 yuan, which converts to roughly $97 USD.
Audio tuning focuses heavily on positional cues for competitive gaming. Footsteps come through loud and clear. The company worked directly with THX to build custom Monster audio software for PC, while mobile devices run proprietary iQOO spatial audio. Competitive first person shooter players get custom sound profiles to locate enemy positions quickly. Outside of game audio, adaptive active noise cancellation cuts out background room hum, while a detachable directional microphone handles voice chat.
Battery life is a massive highlight. A single charge delivers up to 150 hours of listening time. That means you can game for weeks without hunting for a charging cable. Connection versatility is equally strong. The headset supports 4 separate low latency wireless modes so users can switch between a phone, tablet, and PC without re-pairing headaches. Players can also tweak equalizers and acoustic profiles through custom companion software across multiple platforms.
The device debuted during the hardware showcase for the iQOO 16 smartphone and the iQOO Pad Ultra tablet. It is currently on sale in China for 699 yuan, which translates to approximately $97 USD. Official global launch dates and international retail pricing have not been announced yet.
