MSI has listed the B650E GAMING WIFI on its official portal, marking its only current AMD B650E motherboard offering. The ATX board brings PCIe Gen5 graphics and solid state drive support alongside memory speeds exceeding 8000 MT/s. MSI has positioned the product as an accessible gateway for builders who want full Gen5 bandwidth on the AMD AM5 platform.
Built on a 6 layer PCB, the board uses a 12+2+1 power stage layout to deliver steady voltage to AMD Ryzen processors. CPU power delivery relies on an 8+4 pin EPS configuration. Large metal heatsinks cover the VRM area to keep temperatures under control during sustained gaming and workstation sessions. Memory overclockers get 4 DDR5 UDIMM slots that support speeds of 8000+ MT/s in dual channel mode.
Bandwidth options are generous across the board. The primary expansion slot provides a full PCIe Gen5 x16 link directly connected to the processor for next generation graphics cards. A second full length slot runs at PCIe Gen4 x4 speeds through the chipset for add in expansion cards. Storage configurations include 3 M.2 slots in total.
