TP LINK Launches Dadao BE6400 Wi Fi 7 Router with Quad 2.5G Ports

TP LINK has launched the Dadao BE6400 router, also designated as model TL 7DR6460, featuring Wi Fi 7 connectivity and pixel antenna hardware. The unit delivers wireless speeds up to 5764 Mbps alongside 4 dedicated 2.5G network ports. It is now on sale in China through JD and Tmall for 389 yuan, which converts to approximately $54 USD.

The router uses a pixel antenna design developed with input from AI engineers to increase wireless signal coverage. Wireless throughput reaches 5764 Mbps across its wireless bands, supported by 5 external independent FEM modules. The 5G frequency configuration matches the higher tier BE7200, employing a 4T5R transceiver architecture. The hardware supports Wi Fi 7 protocols, including 4K QAM, MRU, and preamble puncture technologies to reduce network latency.

Physical connectivity consists of 4 ports rated at 2.5G and 2 standard Gigabit ports. 1 of these physical connections operates as a dedicated gaming port with traffic priority. The router firmware includes 4 preinstalled game accelerators to improve connection stability during online play. Software capabilities include TP LINK EasyMesh support for multi unit coverage, wired and wireless IPTV passthrough, VPN functionality, and parental controls.
