Belkin Launches UltraCharge Pro Lineup with Semi Solid State Batteries

Belkin has announced the UltraCharge Pro series of power banks featuring BoostSolid Cell semi solid state battery technology. The new lineup uses a gel electrolyte blend to triple battery lifespan and reduce overheating risks compared to traditional lithium packs. Both models are launching through Belkin and retail partners with pricing starting at $69.99.

Standard power banks rely on liquid electrolytes that tend to degrade quickly and swell up over repeated charging cycles. Belkin aims to solve that problem. Its BoostSolid Cell architecture adds a gel layer next to the liquid electrolyte, creating a much more stable internal structure. This setup delivers up to 3x longer operational lifespan while keeping the overall casing slim. Dual temperature sensors scan the pack every 250 milliseconds to cut power instantly if heat levels exceed the safe operating window between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius.

UltraCharge Pro 5K

The pocket sized UltraCharge Pro 5K is built for daily commutes and measures just 8.8 millimeters thick. That makes the metal body roughly 40% slimmer than standard 5,000mAh packs on the market. It attaches magnetically to compatible phones using the Qi2 standard to deliver 15W wireless charging. You also get a 22.5W wired USB C port and 7.5W pass through charging so you can top up your phone and battery pack at the same time. Belkin is selling the 5K version for $69.99 in black and sand colors.

UltraCharge Pro 10K

For laptops, tablets, and heavy phone users, the UltraCharge Pro 10K fits a 10,000mAh capacity into a footprint that is 27% smaller than previous designs. The primary USB C port pushes up to 60W Power Delivery, which can charge an iPhone 17 Pro to 50% in roughly 24 minutes. Recharging the power bank itself takes only 2 hours through a 40W input source.

The port selection features 2 USB C connections alongside 1 USB A port that outputs up to 22.5W. A built in digital screen gives you real time readings for output wattage, battery percentage, and thermal data so you always know how the pack is running. The 10K edition is priced at $89.99 in black and sand finishes.
