LG Debuts New AI-Empowered Robot and Vertical Vacuum Cleaner Models at IFA 2025
The leading company has presented four new home cleaning devices at the technology exhibition, consisting of robot vacuums with steam function and docking station options as well as two vertical vacuum cleaners with specific technologies.
AI Robot Vacuum with Steam Cleaning
A new generation of cleaning robot vacuum from LG now comes with a steam function that promises to eliminate grease stains and dried liquids. There will also be an optional modification with docking station that would be able to integrate into the furniture directly, thus saving space and maintaining room aesthetics.
The robot vacuum, powered by an AI chip, is also capable of identifying different types of flooring, furniture, and other household items. When it identifies a carpet, it follows the algorithm directive to return to its incurred docking station to detach the wet cleaning nozzle before proceeding.
New Vertical Vacuum Models
LG has launched two vertical vacuum cleaners.
Dry Vacuum Model: Micro Cyclone technology with a unique filter cleaning method. This keeps suction stable, even against pet hair and fine dust clogs, the biggest part of clogs found in over 90% of all cordless vacuums.
Wet and Dry Vacuum Model: It is characterized by its light weight and maneuverability and has an AI Roller Control function, which relieves the operator's wrist from the stress brought on by its smooth movement across various surfaces.
Next-generation cleaning and maintenance features
These next-generation vacuum cleaners are innovatively AI-enhanced to learn user cleaning patterns and optimize them with intelligent performance. The power is great enough to consume liquid spills as well as larger solid particles.
An essential feature of the wet and dry model is the attachment auto-cleaning system for the cleaning attachment. After every use, that will go through:
- Hot water rinsing
- Steam sterilization
- Hot air drying
Additionally, built-in LED lighting helps to reveal hidden dust on surfaces.
