Asus Launches New Mini PCs with AMD and Intel Chips ExpertCenter PN55 and NUC 16 Pro
Asus showcased the new mini computers under the brand name ExpertCenter PN55 and NUC 16 Pro during CES 2026, refreshing its array with newly added processors from both AMD and Intel. Specifically, the new series is put up with an AMD Ryzen AI 400 series known as ExpertCenter PN55, meanwhile, for the NUC 16 Pro, it is one of the new entries under Intel's Panther Lake lineup.
Asus ExpertCenter PN55 (AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series)
Last year's PN54 was replaced by the ExpertCenter PN55. It's outfitted with the new processors from AMD's Ryzen AI 400 series, which has been rebranded Strix Point APUs. The absolute highest setup offers an AI 9 HX processor (not yet specified) with Radeon 890M iGPU and XDNA 2 NPU capable of more than 55 TOPs of AI performance.

Asus NUC 16 Pro (Intel Panther Lake)
The NUC 16 Pro is the successor to the NUC 14 Pro and features Intel's newest Panther Lake processors. The highest model can be configured with a Core Ultra X9 series 3 CPU and an Intel Arc B390 iGPU, which early information suggests may offer higher performance than AMD's Radeon 890M. It supports LPDDR5x RAM and has slots for two SSDs.

Design, Pricing, and Availability
Both mini PCs are identical in physical design to their predecessors ExpertCenter PN54 and NUC 14 Pro. Neither has yet revealed any information about pricing or availability for the ExpertCenter PN55 or NUC 16 Pro, but that will come soon.
