The Dell Pro 5 Micro PCM1260 Launched with Intel Core Ultra vPro and 64GB RAM Featuring Compact Professional Design and Advanced Connectivity Options
The Dell Pro 5 Micro PCM1260 launched with Intel Core Ultra vPro and 64GB RAM. Dell has officially introduced the Pro 5 Micro which is a high performance business class mini PC designed for professional environments. The device operates with heavy duties which match its compact chassis size of 182 by 178 by 36 millimeters. The computer brings Intel vPro technology and provides multiple connectivity solutions which most devices of its dimensions lack.
The core of the Dell Pro 5 Micro centers on the Intel Core Ultra architecture. Users can select between an eight core Intel Core Ultra 5 335 vPro processor or a 16 core Core Ultra 7 366H vPro chip according to their selected system configuration. The system can handle 64GB of DDR5 7200 RAM which enhances performance because users can do multiple tasks at once in business environments. The system uses dual M.2 slots which operate on PCIe 4.0 to enable fast data retrieval and improved system performance.
The PCM1260 model provides an extensive selection of physical ports to support various office peripherals. The front and rear panels host three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports alongside two USB 2.0 Type A connections for legacy devices. Modern data transfer and power requirements are fulfilled by a single USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type C port along with a dedicated 100W USB Type C port which supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. The system includes DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.1 dedicated video outputs which enable users to connect multiple high resolution displays. A standard 1 Gbps Ethernet port and a 3.5 mm audio jack complete the physical interface array.
The Dell Pro 5 Micro offers different wireless options according to the selected model. The higher models add Bluetooth 6.0 and Wi Fi 7 new wireless standards while basic models come with Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi Fi 6E wireless features. The interface design includes a 2.0 inch display and rotary encoder which users will use to interact with specific controls. The mini PC will become available to US customers starting March 31 2026. Dell has confirmed all hardware specifications but they have not yet announced product prices for their various configurations.
