Colorful has launched the iGame G114 Smart Display Charger, a 140W GaN power adapter with an integrated status screen. The charger features 3 USB Type C ports and 1 USB Type A port to power multiple devices simultaneously. Priced at 199 yuan (around $28 USD), it will hit retail shelves in China later this month.
The iGame G114 delivers a total output of 140W and uses a folding 2 prong plug for portability. On the output side, users get 3 USB Type C ports and 1 USB Type A port. The unit supports major fast charging standards including USB PD, PPS, SCP, FCP, and Quick Charge. A small display screen on the top surface tracks total wattage, power distribution between connected devices, and operating temperatures.
Inside, the adapter relies on gallium nitride semiconductors paired with silicone gel potting to keep heat under control. The internal sensors sample temperatures at 20fps to make thermal adjustments on the fly. Built in safeguards protect against short circuits, overvoltage, overcurrent, and power surges. The unit has also passed electromagnetic compatibility and electrical leakage testing.
Alongside the charging brick, Colorful introduced the iGame Sigil 240W braided charging cable. The 1 meter version costs 19.9 yuan (roughly $2.80 USD), while the 2 meter version retails for 29.9 yuan (roughly $4.20 USD). Both cable lengths support high wattage power transfer to match the new charging brick.
