vivo has officially launched the international version of the V80 Lite 5G. The phone stands out by packing a massive 10000 mAh silicon carbon battery into a slim body alongside a 120 Hz AMOLED display. Retail pricing starts around $370 in international markets.
Battery capacity is the primary highlight here. vivo managed to squeeze a 10000 mAh cell inside the chassis using fourth generation silicon carbon material. This allows for high energy density without turning the phone into a heavy brick. vivo states the battery will retain at least 80% of its health after 1440 charging cycles, which equals roughly 7 years of normal daily usage. The battery refills at 44W speeds. Official testing claims up to 68 hours of voice calls, 30 hours of video streaming, or 14 hours of continuous gaming in Mobile Legends Bang Bang. A built in vapor chamber cooling system pulls heat away during heavy workloads.
The front panel features a large 6.83 inch AMOLED screen running at 1.5K resolution. It delivers a 120 Hz refresh rate and can reach peak brightness levels up to 2000 nits. The screen also supports HDR10+ and outputs up to 1.07 billion colors for accurate video playback.
For photos, the rear camera island holds a 50 megapixel Sony IMX852 main sensor paired with a basic 2 megapixel secondary camera. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 32 megapixel front sensor tucked into the screen cutout.
Under the hood, the device runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor. Memory options reach up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. On the software side, the phone ships with Android 16 and OriginOS 6. This interface includes features like Origin Island, Drag & Go, Office Kit, Google Gemini, and automated AI Captions. The chassis also carries dual IP68 and IP69 ratings for high level water and dust resistance, plus NFC for wireless payments.
Buyers can pick between Dawn Black, Emerald Green, and Afterglow Pink colors. In Malaysia, the entry-level 6/128GB model sells for MYR 1,499 (~$370.58). Stepping up to the 6/256GB edition brings the price to MYR 1,799 (~$444.75), while the top-tier 8/256GB version lands at MYR 1,999 (~$494.20).
