TerraMaster F4 213 4 Bay NAS Launches with Rockchip RK3576 Silicon

TerraMaster has released the F4 213, a 4 bay network attached storage enclosure powered by the Rockchip RK3576 processor. The unit provides high speed 2.5GbE networking alongside automated AI photo sorting and multimedia streaming capabilities. It is available in China priced at 2399 yuan, which equals approximately $332 USD.

The system runs on the Rockchip RK3576 processor to manage local storage operations and background server tasks. Physical connectivity includes a 2.5GbE RJ 45 port for fast local network data transfers and a built in microSD card reader for quick media importing. The 4 bay chassis accepts standard hard drives to scale total capacity for home archives or small business backups.

Software features focus on local data privacy and automated organization. The system includes an AI photo management tool that analyzes and categorizes images locally, paired with automatic mobile photo backup utilities. It functions as a private streaming hub for movies and audio files across personal home networks.

Network protocol support includes SMB, AFP, SFTP, FTP, iSCSI, NFS, and WebDAV. These options allow administrators to set up the hardware as a private file storage system, web server, mail host, MySQL database, or customer relationship management platform.
